Terms of Service
Rules governing use of NFAGamer, digital purchases, account access, keys, and the NFAGamer Loader.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing NFAGamer, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading or using the NFAGamer Loader, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NFAGamer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Digital Products and Listings
NFAGamer sells digital products, including access-related products for supported games and platforms. Listing information may include game ownership, playtime, inventory estimates, account characteristics, screenshots, or other supplier-provided data. Digital inventory can change quickly. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but availability and third-party platform data may change. You are responsible for reviewing the product listing before purchase.
4. Orders, Payments and Delivery
All orders are subject to acceptance. An order is not complete until payment is confirmed. Payments may be handled by independent payment processors and cryptocurrency networks, and confirmation times can vary. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or review orders involving incomplete payment, pricing errors, suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Fulfillment may be automatic or manual. Delivery may include a key, account connection, instructions, or other digital information displayed through your NFAGamer customer account.
5. NFAGamer Loader
Certain purchases are accessed through the NFAGamer Loader. Before using it, Steam must be completely closed. Customers then enter the key supplied with the order, activate it, and use the Login to Steam function. The loader is intended only for eligible NFAGamer purchases. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass its licensing or access controls except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
6. Keys, Access and Non-Transferability
Keys and delivery information are personal to the purchaser and must remain private. You may not share, sell, trade, publicly post, redistribute, or provide a key or delivered access information to another person. Sharing or improper reuse may break the account connection or invalidate login access. Problems caused by key sharing, redistribution, or unauthorized use may be ineligible for replacement or refund.
7. Acceptable Use
You must use NFAGamer and purchased products lawfully and in accordance with applicable third-party platform rules. You may not use our services for fraud, unauthorized redistribution, infringement, abuse, circumvention of NFAGamer security or licensing controls, or activity intended to interfere with the site, loader, payment systems, suppliers, or other users. You are responsible for understanding the rules that apply to any third-party platform you use.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Suppliers
NFAGamer may depend on suppliers, Steam or other platforms, hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, cryptocurrency networks, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. NFAGamer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or Steam unless expressly stated. Third-party outages, restrictions, enforcement decisions, policy changes, or service changes may be outside our control.
9. Pricing, Taxes and Promotions
Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, network charges, processor fees, or other charges may apply where disclosed. Promotional codes and discounts may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, usage limits, or eligibility requirements.
10. Refunds and Replacements
Digital-product refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, delivered digital products are not refundable merely because a customer changes their mind. Verified delivery failures, material listing mismatches, duplicate purchases, or products that are unusable at delivery may qualify for troubleshooting, replacement, store credit, or refund as described in that policy and as required by applicable law.
11. Fraud, Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, contact NFAGamer support first so we can investigate. Fraudulent transactions, abusive disputes, or unwarranted chargebacks involving delivered products may result in account restrictions or revocation of related access. Where permitted, we may provide relevant transaction, delivery, authentication, and usage records to payment providers when responding to a dispute.
12. Intellectual Property
NFAGamer's site design, branding, original software, text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of NFAGamer intellectual property. Third-party names, games, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification where applicable.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate customer access, support, loader access, or related services when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, key sharing, unauthorized redistribution, security circumvention, or a material violation of these Terms, or where action is required by law.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFAGamer and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, supplier inventory, payment networks, or external services. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NFAGamer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site, loader, purchased products, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Continued use of NFAGamer after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Contact and Disputes
Please contact NFAGamer support or open a support ticket with your order number if you have a question, complaint, or dispute. We encourage customers to attempt to resolve issues with us directly before escalating a payment dispute. Any governing-law or venue provisions must comply with mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
